Should Moms Take CBD/THC?

The world asks a lot from moms these days, so it is no wonder why so many report feeling burnt out, stressed, anxious, and depressed. The average modern mother is expected to maintain a successful career, a lively social calendar, a healthy family, a clean home- all while also somehow taking care of herself????

As more women show signs of exhaustion and chronic stress, it is important to consider natural and holistic means for maintaining maximum wellness.  There are various ways to attempt to combat the fatigue associated with burnout, and an influx of people today are looking to CBD in an effort to feel more mentally and physically  balanced. There is a multitude of issues that affect more women than men, with many of them relating to hormones and societal pressures. #1: PMS

Throughout the menstrual cycle, hormones like progesterone, estrogen and testosterone fluctuate. The days leading up to the start of a period can be extremely difficult due to sudden, drastic changes in these hormones which can cause symptoms including severe pain, headaches, dizziness, fatigue, emotional distress, digestive troubles, brain fog and more. PMS is more severe if hormones are imbalanced, and this type of imbalance can be caused by a number of factors including everything from poor diet to fatigue caused by overwork.

#2: Menopause

Tip #2: Should Moms Take THC?
